Executive Coach Gary Wood, G.E. Wood and Associates

Working, Serving, Leading, since 1974

Executive Coach Gary Wood understands the stuff of real leadership, with over 45 years leading, and working alongside leaders in businesses and non-profits. He’s experienced the break-ups, make-ups, and shake-ups in organizations. He knows what it means to have to show up and make things happen, always being “on.” He’s put out the fires, resolved the conflicts and had the tough conversations. He’s carried the weight of anticipating and charting the course for the future. He’s felt the pressure of getting results. He knows what it is to have a tired body, brain and soul. He’s been encouraged, discouraged, needed courage and found courage. And thrived.

G.E. Wood & Associates has served hundreds of leaders, executives, owners and professionals, helping them beat burnout, get clarity and work more effectively on the projects and programs that really matter.
