Our approach is two-fold. First, reduce the possibility of burnout occurring at all.
Stop the chain of responses, thinking, attitudes and actions that lead to burnout in the first place. I view a progression from stress to overload to burnout. Even though you might be experiencing some significant stress, let’s put in place the action steps, strategies and habits that will ensure you DON’T experience burnout.
However, if your situation is past that (most clients are experiencing overload,) take a proactive approach to dealing with burnout.
Over 20 plus years, I have discerned a 3-step coaching process.
Step 1 – Resolution
First we help you find and implement some achievable actions you can take immediately to reduce the intensity you’re experiencing, and get some space to work on solutions.
Step 2 – Transition
Next, we’ll help you move from a stressful to a manageable situation as you put in place new strategies for moving forward, that you are in control of.
Step 3 – Continuity
Finally, we coach you through any adjustments needed, to lock in consistent results and have burnout behind you.
When providing coaching to deal with burnout, we work with sponsored or private pay clients. Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us.
