I'm Executive Coach Gary Wood. I understand the everyday reality of working with people to achieve goals that make a difference. 

With over 50 years leading, and working alongside leaders in businesses and non-profits, I've experienced the break-ups, make-ups, and shake-ups in organizations.

I've played a part in training, developing and coaching hundreds of leaders who make significant contributions worldwide.

I've had the privilege to be a thinking partner to an international clientele of leaders.

I know what it means to have to show up and make things happen, always being “on.” I've put out the fires, resolved the conflicts and had the tough conversations.

Executive and Leadership Performance Coaching

I am an executive coach near Toronto, Canada, but I work internationally. All of my work is carried out over live video or by phone.

In addition to general-market, I provide specialized Christian Executive Coaching to leaders, executives and senior-level professional in United States, Canada, and to a lesser extent, globally. 

More precisely, I and my wife Alice live in the beautiful Muskoka region of Ontario, Canada, often referred to as "cottage country." We originally moved here many years ago to work "behind the scenes" at a growing Christian camp.

Alice and I have been married for many happy years. Alice handles the administrative side of the Executive Coaching business, while I provide the actual coaching support.
